Shipping
We work with Hong Kong Post Office and La Poste – France.
We ship 1 to 2 times per week, depending on production schedules and item availability.
Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel in real time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include: order preparation, packaging, and transport costs.
Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of your order.
We recommend grouping your items into a single order: two separate orders cannot be merged, and shipping fees apply to each of them.
Protection & Packaging
Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but we pay particular attention to the protection of all items, especially fragile parts.
Box dimensions are adapted to your order, and each item is carefully protected.
Returns
If an item does not meet your expectations or presents a defect, you have 14 days to contact us to arrange a return or an exchange.
Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error on our part or a defective product.
