To confirm an order, the Buyer must:

Shipments are made 1–2 times per week from Hong Kong, France, or any other warehouse used by CheckpointCharlie-ltd.

International carriers: Hongkong Post, UPS, or others.

Transfer of Risk
- Carrier chosen by the Buyer:
→ Risk transfers when the parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Carrier chosen by the Seller:
→ Risk transfers when the parcel is handed to the carrier, regardless of origin (Hong Kong, France, USA, etc.).
Transport Damage
Any claim must be submitted directly to the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Buyers Only)
Applicable to EU private consumers only.
→ 14-day legal period after receipt.
Return accepted if:
- product is new,
- unused,
- in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the Seller is at fault.
Returns & Exchanges
In case of:
- defective product,
- wrong item shipped,
- non-conformity,
CheckpointCharlie-ltd will cover return shipping costs and offer:
- replacement,
- store credit,
- or refund.
Returns must be sent via a tracked service.
